Missouri announces easement program for flooding

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Those impacted by the Spring 2019 floods could have another chance at compensation. Those who meet the requirements for wetland and agricultural land can apply for the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program. Assistant State Conservationist Chris Hamilton told KXCV/KRNW that there are specific requirements.
